Basic Policy of Information Security

DIAL SERVICE CO., LTD. ("we"), as a company contributing to society through resolving anxieties, discontent and inconvenience through dialogues, and creating a safe, secure, convenient, comfortable and truly affluent society, recognizes that it is our social responsibility to implement appropriate safety measures for the customer information acquired through our business and the information assets that we handle, and to continuously and reliably provide our services. In order to accomplish our objectives above, we have implemented the Code of Conduct for Information Security as follows and will strictly observe the same.

Code of Conduct

  • We will establish and maintain an information security promotion framework to ensure the establishment of an information security management system and to achieve the continuous improvement of the same.
  • We will strive to prevent accidents by implementing security measures based on risk assessment to protect all material information assets in our possession from any and all risks.
  • We will continuously provide necessary training for all of our employees so that they understand their social responsibilities in appropriately handling the information assets, increase their awareness towards information security, and make daily efforts to live up to their responsibilities.
  • If in the unlikely event that any information security incident occurs, while minimizing damages, we will investigate the cause of the incident and strive to ensure our business continuity.
  • We will strictly observe laws and regulations, other social norms and contracts with customers with regard to the information assets and handling of the same.
  • We will continuously improve our information security management system to respond to environmental changes and new internal and external risks surrounding information security.

Personal Information Protection Policy

DIAL SERVICE CO., LTD. ("we") recognizes the importance of the protection of personal information, and as a company providing telephone consultation and call center services, we comply with the compliance program (management system for protection of personal information) and endeavor to manage the personal information with due care and appropriately handle and protect the same.

  • We will appropriately acquire, use and provide personal information, and also implement appropriate measures to prevent the handling of personal information beyond the scope necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose of its use.
  • We will take preventive measures to protect personal information from leakage, loss or damage, and make corrections to the same.
  • We will courteously and promptly respond to customer complaints and inquiries.
  • We will observe laws and regulations, guidelines set by the government and other norms related to the handling of personal information.
  • We will continuously improve our personal information protection management system.
